By accessing or purchasing from Palani Ave, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Products & Availability

Palani Ave specializes in unique, handmade upcycled pants created from thrifted materials. As each item is individually crafted, slight variations in design, fabric, and color may occur. We do our best to represent products as accurately as possible through images and descriptions, but please note that colors may differ slightly due to lighting and screen settings.

Due to the nature of upcycling, some materials may be more delicate than others. Please follow the care instructions provided for each item to ensure longevity.

2. Use of Upcycled Materials

Many of the shorts and fabrics used in Palani Ave designs are thrifted from pre-existing clothing made by other brands (such as Roxy, Rip Curl, BDG, Hollister, American Eagle, and others).
Palani Ave is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these original companies. Each piece is uniquely reimagined to create one-of-a-kind, handmade designs.

3. Order Process

All orders placed through the Palani Ave website are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This is not an acceptance of your order, but a confirmation that your order has been received.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your package.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are in USD and include taxes where applicable.

Payments are processed securely via our website’s payment system. By providing your payment information, you agree to authorize the payment and any related charges for the items ordered.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. All orders will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

Shipping times are typically 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.

Palani Ave is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. No Returns or Refunds Policy

All sales are final. As each item is handmade from upcycled materials, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. Please refer to the product descriptions and sizing information carefully before purchasing.

7. Care Instructions

As our products are made from upcycled materials, they are unique and may require special care. We recommend the following care instructions:

  • Hand wash or use a gentle cycle in cold water

  • Hang dry or tumble dry on low for a short time to prevent damage

Failure to follow these instructions may result in shrinkage or damage to the item.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, logos, text, and designs, is the property of Palani Ave and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any of the content without express permission from Palani Ave.

9. Limitation of Liability

Palani Ave is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of our products, including any improper handling or care of the garments. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with handling and caring for upcycled materials.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. All changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the most recent update will be reflected at the top. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
